Terms of Service

Numerus Business Solutions ("Numerus", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted bookkeeping platform: document storage, transaction categorization, financial report generation, and an AI business consultant ("NuBu"). The service is offered as a monthly subscription with optional add-ons.

• Monthly subscription: $49.99/month, auto-renewing, billed by our payment processor (Stripe). Includes two (2) active bank accounts and the transaction history Plaid provides (typically up to ~24 months) for those accounts.
• Additional bank accounts: Each active bank account beyond the two included is billed at $24.99/month per account, added to your existing subscription with proration.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

All reports, categorizations, and conversational answers produced by Numerus (including NuBu) are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not certified financial statements. Numerus does not provide licensed accounting, tax, or legal advice through the AI platform. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI output before relying on it for tax, legal, or financial purposes. For licensed services, contact us directly at support@numerusllc.net.

Your uploaded documents, transactions, and account data belong to you. We store them securely and use them only to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to: upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to bypass security or quota controls, use the service to commit fraud, or resell access to third parties without our written consent.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numerus LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Numerus LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Numerus LLC harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you upload that infringes a third party's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Before filing a claim in court, you agree to first contact us at support@numerusllc.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 2. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy's retention and deletion terms.

The service integrates Stripe (payments) and Plaid (bank connectivity). Your use of those integrations is also subject to Stripe's and Plaid's own terms of service, which are incorporated by reference. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
